Last bit I have is to talk to the npcs in the world. Also use the arrow keys, not sure the controller binding, to look downward when you're platforming, occasionally you'll see ones you can drop down onto and usually those are hiding items. You'll find a lot of hidden doors and hidden items that way. My last bit of advice is read the message bottles. The grasping ring is good, the amber idol is used for transmutation which is how you get the harder to get weapons and the boss weapons. I find the Flint and Steel and the Steel Centipede to be the most fun weapons to mess around with. If you like range then great swords or spears are probably your best bet. If you like heavy then the warhammer is fairly early on in the game, after the third boss. They give you a nice bump into a skill line but not enough to make a big difference. I would suggest paladin for the starter, good armor and weapon early on. over all things people can recommend, because im a metroidvania fan etc, i normally look around a place till theres nothing more to discover Starting gift, unluckily they dont have a description and so i picked the first out of them and realised its a healing gift, its ok but what do the others do ?Ĥ. which starting class is recommended, i tried out knight, but the weapon doesnt seem to fit my playstyle, And do they have some passives in the treeline that are better in the beginning than others?Ģ. Finally, i was able to buy myself Salt and Sanctuary and have some questions about it.įrom some reviews etc i know its a good game i tested it a bit already and i like it already, combat is fluid, first boss is harder than i thought ( his triple swipe got me more often than i wanted) and the game is overall fun.ġ.
